Mutual Aid & Rossignol Response

October 19, 2025

On behalf of myself and the North Queens Fire Association I would like to thank all of our mutual aid partners for your quick response last night in Lake Rossignol.

Thank you to JRCC, RCMP, EHS and Public Safety and Field Communications. The low water and darkness brought us challenges, but we managed to do what we set out to do. I'm proud to work with all of you. We also want to send out our condolences to the family's affected by this awful tragedy; our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

— Chief Wolfe, NQFA
